Barbecue bacon top meatloaf Ingredients
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds lean ground beef
3 bacon strips
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
How to cook Barbecue bacon top meatloaf
Step one - Turn on the oven preheat to 350 degrees.
Step two - Fry bacon in to a pan until crispy. Set aside for later.
Step three - Get a large bowl. Combine chili sauce, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, onion, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and peper. Stir well. Now crumble ground beef in the mixture. Mix all together well.
Step four - Get a slightley greased lo 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in baking dish. Transfer meatloaf onto dish surface. Form to a loaf shape.
Step five - Spread barbecue sauce over meatloaf.
Step six - Insert meatloaf into the oven. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Or meat is no longer pink and a meat internal thermometer is 160 degrees.
Step seven - Add the bacon on top of loaf in a three rows placement.
